PET bottling containers

ContenO has the expertise to build a smart PET bottling plant inside an ISO-standardized container as an integrated and mobile bottling factory. It can be equipped with all necessary utilities such as compressor, dryer and chiller.

10ft container

 

Our PET blower unit B-1 can be built inside a 10ft sea-container without utilities (or in a 20ft sea-container, equipped with utilities such as compressor, dryer and chiller).

20ft container

 

An OPTIMA 1 (PET blower-filler-capper) unit can be built inside a 20ft sea-container, equipped with utilities, such as compressor, dryer and chiller.

Different liquids can be filled in the containerized bottling plants: from water to vegetable oils to liquid soaps.

40ft container

 

For high-end customers, we manufacture 40ft bottling containers with greater speed and to be able to integrate extra machines, such as wrap around labeling, check weighers, etc…

We can equip it with sprinkler installation and remote control via internet. As in a real factory!

Our customers use these bottling plants in remote areas or emerging countries.

AquaContainer: the Mobile Water Bottling Plant.

The ContenO AquaContainer plant is designed to meet the strictest IBWA and FDA and CE regulations.

  • PET bottle factories for safe water with varying capacities between 10,000 and 60,000 liters a day.
  • PET bottle sizes vary between 2 to 2,5 liters.
  • The AquaContainer can be built with integrated purification system and air conditioning unit allowing to operate these plants at any location worldwide.

  • Water bottling is only one application. Also, other products are possible e.g. edible oils, juices, liquid soaps, shampoos, etc…
  • Inside standard 20 feet ISO container.
  • Equipped with 2 separate rooms: a bottling and a utilities room.

For Military use:

 

  • Water production on site and mobile for base camps.
  • No vulnerable transport lines to get water to theatre.
    No risk of sabotage, terrorism, attack, truck breakdowns or others.
  • No expensive transport of water bottles or large water containers to soldiers.
